After spending nearly 25 successful years serving the public daily as a retail store manager, I decided to bring my commitment to customer service and care in detail to the residential real estate marketing 2003. Upon completing a certified program and passing the state licensing exam, I began working with Prudential California Realty.
I chose this area to specialize in because it's where I love to live. My family includes my wife Sherie of 27 years and my two sons Greg, age 21 and Branden age 14.
I have supported our local high school in the past by serving on the membership committee for Arroyo Grande High School Boosters and more recently in helping with productions of the Arroyo Grande High School Performing Arts Academy. Working within real estate will allow me to become further involved in our community.
I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the California Association of REALTORS® and the Pismo Coast Association of REALTORS® of which I am currently serving as President and a State Director.
As part of Prudential's Relocation Services Team, I became a Certified Destination Services and Certified Marketing Assistance Specialist in 2004.
I've earned the GRI®, (Graduate Realtor Institute) and the SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designations. Most recently, I completed the e-PRO® designation to improve my internet skills. I believe continuing education will help me to deliver the level of service today's consumer demands and deserves.
